On July 31, I had a conversation with eBay about its recent “SR2″ announcement. The scheduled changes are sweeping, sometimes dramatic, and can be confusing. (You can see them coming as important dates on the Calendar tab.) There will be new Seller requirements, more Powersellers – and a new “top seller” level, changes to DSRs, and lots, lots more.
