eBay Gives 33% Off New Auction Listings

The marketplaces giant eBay announced a “33% Off” listing fee special today. Sellers with 4.5 or better Detailed Seller Ratings in all categories are eligible for the special pricing. The promotion is scheduled to run from September 26 through October 11. The full announcement can be seen here.
